"Coffee was alright, but the service confused me"
I ordered from Seven Coffee Roasters and the coffee itself was okay, nothing amazing but no real complaints there. The frustrating part was the delivery update because one thing showed on the order page, and then the email seemed to say another thing, so I wasn’t sure what was actually going on.
I emailed customer service twice and only got a short reply a few days later, but it didn’t really clear anything up, so I had to message again. Maybe they were just busy, but it felt careless from a customer side. I’d probably think twice before ordering again unless their support gets better...

"Was expecting more single-origin choices"
I stopped in hoping to grab a couple single-origin coffees, or at least compare a few, but there really weren’t many options. Maybe I came on the wrong day, or maybe they had more earlier in the week? I’m not sure. Either way, the selection felt limited and it was a bit disappointing

"Menu could definitely be better"
I was expecting a bit more, but the menu just didn’t give me much to work with. If you’re only grabbing a basic coffee, it’s probably fine, but that’s kind of on them for not offering much beyond that. I didn’t really see anything interesting or worth coming back for, so yeah, disappointing.

"Nice vibe, though I think it felt a little packed"
I went here recently, or maybe it was a couple weeks ago, my days are blending together — and the atmosphere was really nice overall. It had a good vibe and felt like a place I’d want to hang out in, but the tables were close together. I kept feeling like I was almost part of the conversation next to me. Still a decent spot, just a bit cramped
"Good coffee, slower shipping than I hoped"
The coffee itself was totally fine once it finally arrived, but the shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, just a little frustrating because I was looking forward to it. Overall, I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a hurry to get it.
"Really smooth cold brew"
I tried the cold brew from Seven Coffee Roasters and really enjoyed it. It had that smooth, clean coffee taste without the harsh bitterness some bottled cold brews have. I liked that it still gave me a solid caffeine kick, but didn’t feel too heavy or overly strong. The flavor was balanced and easy to drink straight from the bottle. My only small complaint is that I wish the bottle was a little bigger for the price, but the quality is definitely there. I’d buy it again.

"Pretty easy to get to"
It’s close by and easy enough to get to, which is always a plus. It can get kind of busy, but what place doesn’t these days?

"Espresso tasted burnt and flat"
I tried the espresso and couldn’t get into it. It had this burnt, harsh bitterness instead of that rich, strong coffee flavor I was hoping for, so it was disappointing right away.
Maybe it works for other people, but to me it just tasted flat and rough. I also hate when I buy something like this and then have to go through the extra work of making a different coffee afterward just to get a decent cup. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Good coffee, maybe just caught them at a messy time"
I stopped in for coffee the drink itself was good. The staff seemed nice enough too. I just wasn’t totally sure about the cleanliness while I was there. A couple tables still had crumbs on them, and the counter area looked a little cluttered. The bathroom wasn’t awful or anything, maybe I’m being a bit picky, but it felt like it could’ve used a quick check. I’d probably still come back, especially for the coffee, but I hope they stay on top of cleaning a little more when it gets busy.

I stopped in for an espresso it tasted burnt. I get that everyone has off days and maybe the barista just needs a bit more practice, but it was disappointing. What bothered me more was that there didn’t seem to be any follow-up or effort to check in after I mentioned it, so I just left feeling like they didn’t really care.

"Not a lot of blend options"
I was hoping to try a few different blends from Seven Coffee Roasters, but the selection felt limited to me.
Maybe I just caught them at the wrong time or missed something, but what was available seemed a little samey. I was expecting more variety, like different roast levels or some more interesting blend combinations.
The ordering part was totally fine, no real issues there. But if I’m looking specifically for blends, I’m not sure they’d be my first choice next time.

"Roast was waaay too dark for me"
These beans just didn’t really do it for me. They tasted sooo dark and bitter, and kind of flat too. I was hoping for more flavor, but I couldn’t get much out of them.

"Beans didn’t seem fresh"
When the coffee arrived, the beans tasted kind of old and stale, not fresh like I was expecting. I’m careful about what I drink, so after trying it once, I didn’t really feel comfortable continuing with the bag.

"Delivery timing was a mess"
My order showed up late, and the frustrating part was there were basically no updates along the way. I kept checking the tracking, and it just sat there with the same status and timestamp for hours, which somehow made it more annoying. The package did arrive eventually, but the whole delivery process felt disorganized.

I ordered one coffee and ended up getting something completely different. It’s frustrating because it seems like such a simple thing to get right. Now I’m not sure I can trust them to handle even a basic order properly.

"Pricing wasn’t as clear as promised"
The coffee itself seems good, but I was annoyed by the pricing. It felt like they promised everything would be straightforward, and then some extra costs didn’t really show up clearly until checkout. That kind of thing makes the whole process feel a little misleading. The site isn’t bad, but if you’re going to say it’s simple and transparent, the price should be obvious before I’m already that far into ordering.

"I thought I had canceled my subscription, but..."
I thought I had canceled my subscription, but it somehow kept going and I got charged again. When I reached out to support, it took forever to hear back, and the replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address what I was asking. I had to keep explaining the same thing, which just made the whole process more frustrating. not worth the hassle for me

"The flavor was literally different every time"
I wanted to like it, but the flavor seemed to change with every order. One time it was good, the next it tasted totally different, so I literally couldn’t count on it being the same anymore...

"Packaging was fine, but I expected a little better"
The coffee did show up okay, so I can’t really complain too much. Nothing was broken, the bag was still sealed, and technically everything was fine. But when I opened the box, I kind of had that moment of, “Hmm, that’s it?” The packaging felt basic, and the box looked like it had been bounced around a bit during shipping. The bag also had a small crease, which isn’t the end of the world, but it made the whole thing feel a little less cared for. Since the coffee itself was fine, I’m not upset about it, but I did expect it to be packed a bit better. Overall, it was okay, just not something that made a great first impression.
